AHK(R)/HHK-Type Slurry Pumps

The AHK and HHK series slurry pumps are single-stage, single-suction, cantilevered horizontal centrifugal pumps, designed as energy-efficient replacements for models such as the PN and PH. They are suitable for use in industrial sectors such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power generation and building materials to convey liquids containing suspended solid particles, such as concentrates, tailings, ash, coal slag, cement, soil and gravel – highly concentrated slurries characterised by high hardness and severe abrasion. The temperature of the solid-liquid mixture being conveyed generally does not exceed 80°C, and the slurry’s weight concentration can reach 60%.
The AHKR rubber-lined pump is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power generation, chemical processing and building materials to convey slurry media containing suspended solid particles. It offers excellent wear resistance, tear resistance, impact resistance, high elasticity and chemical stability. When pumping fine particles without sharp edges, its performance is superior to that of metal pumps.
