Synchronous Generator Excitation Cabinet
This product range focuses on the core area of excitation control for small and medium-sized generators, comprising two main solutions: the MKG LFF fully digital microprocessor-based excitation unit and the DCW-16/S excitation controller: The MKG LFF model is designed for self-excited and shunt-excited systems with excitation currents of 500A or less. It features an integrated single-phase cabinet structure that combines the excitation controller, a high-power rectifier bridge and a de-excitation overvoltage protection device, thereby achieving full integration of control, rectification and protection functions; The DCW-16/S, on the other hand, has been developed for small and medium-sized units of 50 MW or less. It combines rapid response, precise regulation and strong anti-interference capabilities, and is compatible with various excitation architectures, including self-excited, shunt-excited and three-machine excitation systems. With high hardware and software integration, a minimalist hardware structure and maintenance-free operation as its core advantages, the product not only meets the power grid’s stringent requirements for stable unit operation but also balances cost control with the need for digital interconnectivity. It comprehensively covers both new construction and retrofit scenarios for excitation systems in small and medium-capacity generators, making it the preferred solution for achieving highly reliable, high-precision and cost-effective excitation control.
