Key cost indicators all showed a significant downward trend. The workshop director also developed a detailed daily maintenance and operation management system tailored to the specific characteristics of the equipment in the metalworking workshop, continuously improving equipment utilization. Operators and maintenance personnel are rigorously scrutinized for their inspection quality, eliminating accidents before they occur. As a result of these measures, 98.5% of the equipment has achieved a safe operating record, significantly reducing maintenance costs compared to the same period last year, ensuring long-term, safe production.

2. Unleash innovative potential and promote action through learning


Leveraging the company's focus on the front lines, the metalworking workshop seized the opportunity to fully mobilize and unleash the potential and talents of its employees. They boldly innovated, participated in reforms, and submitted rational proposals to the workshop. For individual employees with backward thinking and negative work attitudes, the workshop closely monitored their evolving thinking and provided timely ideological education to stimulate their enthusiasm. The workshop management team also continuously studied and summarized its own experience, accumulating management experience and integrating scientific management to enhance employee cohesion. During the all-staff competition, individual employees with a strong desire for knowledge were boldly transferred to meet their positive and progressive mindsets. Six-month evaluations showed significant benefits.

3. Work hard and fulfill our mission


The workshop has established a strict assessment system. Every Friday afternoon, the workshop director assesses each employee's work performance based on the weekly work plan. A weekly assessment form is prepared and presented at the weekly meeting, allowing everyone to promptly identify deficiencies. During production, the assessment team checks workshop hygiene, labor discipline, various records, and key quality control points. Any issues identified are reported to the workshop director, who then strictly adheres to the assessment system. Rational suggestions and issues discovered at work can be raised at regular meetings or huddles, where they are discussed and resolved together, and meeting minutes are compiled, truly ensuring openness, fairness, and impartiality.
