ASP1050-Type Highly Efficient Wear Resistant Dredge Pump
The ASP1050 high-efficiency, wear-resistant series of dredging pumps is a new, highly efficient and energy-saving product developed by our company in response to the current requirements of dredging and land reclamation operations in China’s rivers, lakes and seas. Dredging pumps serve as the primary pumping equipment for the management of rivers, lakes and seas.
The dredging pumps manufactured by our company are single-stage, cantilever centrifugal pumps, characterised by their light weight, excellent wear resistance, good cavitation performance and excellent seaworthiness. We can design and manufacture dredging pump impellers tailored to different soil types according to customer requirements, enabling users to achieve maximum overall economic benefits.
The dredging pump system primarily consists of a pump head, a specialised reduction gearbox or bracket, a high-elasticity coupling, and a marine drive monitoring system. The pump head is available in both single-shell and double-shell configurations. The design is simple, making it easy to disassemble, assemble and maintain.
A single-shell pump head is used when the operating pressure is ≤0.8 MPa, thereby reducing weight.
A double-shell pump head is used when the operating pressure is >0.8 MPa, enhancing reliability.
The gearbox is primarily paired with the single-shell pump head for discharge diameters ≤500 mm and
rated power <1600 kW.
The flow-through components are made from high-chromium alloy materials, ensuring a longer service life.
Sealing is reliable and leak-free.
The hydraulic model utilises CFD fluid analysis software to optimise hydraulic performance, with 3D CAD simulation and stress, deformation and torsional vibration analysis conducted on key components. This ensures high efficiency, low wear rates,
superior cavitation resistance and strong passage capacity.
