The ZLB series of axial flow pumps are characterised by high flow rates and low head; they are capable of conveying clean water at temperatures not exceeding 50°C, as well as other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to those of water. Small and medium-sized axial flow pumps are widely used in agricultural drainage and irrigation, urban water supply and drainage, the conveyance of circulating water in thermal power stations, the raising and lowering of water levels in shipyards, aquaculture, the pumping of water in salt pans, and other water conservancy projects. Large axial flow pumps are primarily used for the drainage and irrigation of extensive agricultural areas, inter-basin water transfer, and the large-scale drainage of low-lying areas and lake regions.
