YZ Series Submersible Slurry Pump
The LCW series vertical long-shaft pump is primarily used for pumping slurry containing iron oxide scale and a certain amount of solids from hydrocyclones. The YZ series of wear- and corrosion-resistant submersible slurry pumps are vertical single-stage centrifugal pumps independently developed by our factory. They are mainly used for conveying abrasive and corrosive slurries in sumps with depths of 3 to 5 metres. They are designed based on two-phase flow theory and with reference to the structure of the YW series submersible sewage pumps. The design takes full account of factors such as excellent passage capacity for solid particles, operational reliability, service life of flow components, and efficiency. A mechanical seal structure is employed, with the seal protected by lubricating oil. The suction inlet is fitted with an extended suction pipe; when the liquid level drops below the impeller, the pump’s self-priming capability is utilised to meet users’ requirements for clearing pits 3–5 metres deep. This pump is the ideal model for conveying abrasive and corrosive media from deep pits. The temperature of the conveyed medium should not exceed 80°C, with a weight concentration of less than 60% and a volume concentration of less than 30%. It is suitable for sewage containing particles, as well as for pumping corrosive industrial wastewater, seawater or similar liquids. The LC-type vertical long-shaft pump is used for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. The product is widely used in a variety of settings, including metallurgy, mining, chemical processing, papermaking, hydroelectric power stations, thermal power stations, industrial water supply and drainage, domestic firefighting, municipal water supply, drainage and sewage disposal, as well as water intake from rivers, lakes and the sea.
