The YGP series of variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous motors for roller conveyors are suitable for continuous or intermittent operation under harsh conditions such as frequent starting and stopping, forward and reverse rotation, and reverse-connection braking. They offer a wide speed control range, high overload capacity and mechanical strength, making them ideal variable-frequency motors for roller conveyor systems in the metallurgical industry; they may also be used in other similar mechanical equipment. The YGP series of variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous motors for roller conveyors have a rated voltage of 380 V. The optimal rated frequency of the YGP motor can be determined based on the actual required speed range. They offer a wide speed control range, low vibration and low noise, and are compatible with various variable-frequency drives both domestically and internationally. The variable frequency range is 5–100 Hz; speed control operates in constant torque mode below the rated frequency and in constant power mode above the rated frequency. It is suitable for control methods such as V/f control, slip-angle frequency control and vector control.
