YZPSL Series Water-Cooled High-Temperature Resistant Variable Frequency Motors
The YZPSL series of water-cooled, high-temperature-resistant, variable-frequency special-purpose motors are characterised by their resistance to high temperatures and humidity, simple construction, reliable operation, ease of maintenance, high overload capacity and high mechanical strength.
A special design ensures excellent operational performance when the motor is powered by a variable frequency drive, whilst a unique cooling system guarantees long-term, stable operation even under extremely high ambient temperatures. Motors with frame sizes 80–132 have 4-mm diameter inlet and outlet pipes, whilst those with frame sizes 160–200 have 6-mm diameter pipes (for special environments, the pipe diameter—4 mm, 6 mm or 1 inch—may be determined based on actual site conditions). The pressure of the cooling water
shall not exceed 0.6 MPa. The cooling water may be ordinary tap water, purified water or industrial softened water, and must be free of suspended impurities; if impurities are present, the water must be filtered before use. The water circuit must be kept unobstructed at all times whilst the motor is in operation.
This series of motors is specifically designed for continuous casting machines processing small square billets, round billets and large square billets. Their power, speed, external dimensions and mounting dimensions are all determined in accordance with the host machine’s specifications.
